Portland is starting to warm up ever so slightly, which means I can break out my skirts and cotton tights without worrying about freezing my knees off!

Jess, from our Twitter, tweeted this really cool idea a few weeks ago. The tights that have been stencilled on are our Foot Traffic Combed Cotton Tights ($20). At first, my reaction was slightly bewildered, but now I think this is the cutest thing—especially the hearts!

Jen from Pretty in PDX, who is one of our regular local customers, has graciously allowed me to repost a couple photos of her fantastic DIY tights. There are more at her journal post, including a link to the (really simple!) tutorial she followed.

Go poke through her wordpress as Jen is hilarious, sweet, and has the cutest outfits!
