The Neon Orange Spandex Fishnet Pantyhose over purple tights are a-mazing. Someone at HQ had brought up this idea last week, but we wrote it off as either being too intense, or ending up too muddied since orange and purple are complementary colours.

FYI, I’m 5ft 1in.

Short girls unite! I am just barely 5ft myself. On short legs, Cuban Heel Thigh Highs go aaaaaaaall the way up.

SD: Can I just say that I LOVE how Depeche Mode 1985 - 89 this is? The scrunching only at the angle is also super cute, and makes these look almost like tights with socks over top. Adorbs!

Wearing my E.G. Smith boot socks with my Docs today!! I got the idea to wear socks over my jeans from a post on sockdreams and I must say it’s truly a fabulous idea!!! Especially since I have a ton of skinny jeans in my collection and wearing socks under them can be a pain in the ass, especially when it comes time to take the pants off… >.> plus these boot socks are pretty srunchy, though I’m wearing them straighter today. :D either way, they’re great socks to go with great boots!

This is such a super cute look. We also did a great blog entry about layering socks over tights last winter!

Dreamer Palm & Diamond Wave OTKs!

Niq (our President/Head Photographer) has been teasing us with these two styles on Instagram for a while, and we are pleased to be able to offer them to you today!

Each style features designs with lots of texture, and a little lace. And the patterns are stretch beautifully in all directions, for a flattering fit on every leg. With the excellent cuff-stretch (a whopping 27”!) of our Extraordinary socks, these are every bit as comfy! From slim to curvy, these are a crowd pleaser among us Dreamers. As a size US6, I found the feet to be a little roomy, but a go through the washer made them a bit more fitted.

Next time someone tells you not to mix your patterns, show them this. It’s like all your Blossom fashion dreams came true…but slightly updated.

Everything here is done right: the colours are carried through the whole outfit, and the patterns complement each other. The striped top and herringbone jacket are the same colours, and the patterns are roughly the same size. The skirt is a great contrast in red (with matching lips, shoes, and purse—old school fashion ‘rules’) and tiny white dots, with a repeat of the shirt in black and white striped tights. The solid black hat is a good foil for the busy-ness of the outfit.
